The second one is funny to me and it attracts your attention. It makes people want to go figure out what is going on with the naked butt over there.

2. They both get your attention. The first one is more of a reality one and it shows you what happens. The second one is an attention getter and gets you over to the ad in order to get to the real ad.

3. For the first one people tend to get scared when they look at it because if they drink and drive then they start to think again.

The second one is just an attention getter like i said. It is to help people get jobs so they will be attracted to the naked butt to see the humorous part and then they will end up seeing the serious part inside.
